Last night's team building adventure "Tunisia to Old Algiers" featuring: Radish 🫜-Caper- Preserved Lemon-Mint Salad, Fish and Veggie Tagine, Fava Bean-Garlic Soup and Semolina-Honey Cake 😋. Thank you all for coming!

Tonight's super fun, tantalizingly delicious, "Journey to Jerusalem" menu class (aka Middle Eastern Vegetarian Favorites), was a huge hit especially with the fantastic group of attendees we had on hand. Tonight's menu featured: Israeli style Sabich, Falafel Salad with Lemon-Tahini Dressing, Yemen style Zhoug, and fresh made Hummus with Veggies and Grilled Pita.

One of our most popular picks, "Fisherman's Wharf/ North Beach Favorites" class with a fine group of folks, who do the important behind the scenes work, for the San Francisco Unified School District. Last night's menu featured a Classic Caesar Salad, Seafood Cioppino (a San Francisco original!), Grilled Asparagus, and Chocolate Molten Lava Cake! Yum!

Another fine turnout for our summery Southern Comfort menu featuring: Potato-Pickle-Chive and Watercress Salad, A slow simmered Kentucky Bourbon BBQ Sauce, BBQ Chicken, Souffleed Spoon-Corn Bread Pudding and a luscious Strawberry Shortcake. (I forgot to take pictures so I just have a few to share).

Sunday afternoon "Savory European Appetizer" Birthday Party Class. Featuring: Flammkuchen, Endive-Goat Cheese-Apple-Walnut Spears, Mushroom Bouchees, Lemon Curd Tartlets, and Crab and Shrimp Crostini!

Tonight's exquisite "South of France" menu class featuring: Salade Frisee, Pissaladiere, Bouillabaisse, and Biscuits au Citron.

Last night's tasty delicious "Global Hot Pockets" class featuring: Argentine style Empanadas, Polish style Pierogi's, and Indian Samosas.... yum 😋!

Today's mouth-wateringly delicious " Art of Gnocchi and Risotto Cookery Class" featuring Potato Gnocchi con Salsa di Pomodoro, Risotto Milanese, Spinach and Ricotta Gnocchi, and Risotto ai Gamberi. 😋

Bastille day, private group/ team building Crepe Cookery Class! In attendance, a fine group of research scientists from Santa Clara, who are working on a cure for pancreatic cancer no less.

A lot of cut-ups in todays Knife Skills " Essentials" Class 🗡️🔪 Everyone did such an amazing job with their newly acquired skills. Thank you all for attending, it was a blast!
